About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Receptionist on a part time basis to welcome and make our park at South Bright a special place for our guests.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a range of front-line reception services
  • Ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience (or the ability to quickly master) in booking systems - New Book would be extremely advantageous
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
  • A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
  • Strong administration, written, verbal skills

This is part time, with the potential for full time, position where you will be required to work weekends and peak holiday periods.
