The Role

You will contribute to company success by providing exceptional support and customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring we respond to all incoming requests in a timely manner.
  • Participating in regular client meetings.
  • Utilising our Salesforces CRM to manage client accounts, create activity reports and targeted campaigns.
  • Preparing and dispatching client proposals and agreements within specified timeframes.
  • Supporting the Client Success and, Growth & Development teams to identify business development opportunities.
  • Assisting in the development of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of client presentations
You

Our new team member will have all or most of the qualities/skills below:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role, and/or relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in tender administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong proof-reading ability.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, communications, or a related discipline is advantageous.

The successful candidate must have the right to legally work in Australia.

Salary will be negotiated, commensurate with experience.
