We have an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Property + Business Transactions Lawyer to join our experienced, well respected and collegiate team. You will have the opportunity to do quality work with two exceptional Directors, Amanda Tolson and Carly Brailak, within a team that stands out in the market for its responsiveness, approachability and down to earth attitude.

Clifford Gouldson has locations in Toowoomba, Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast.  We are open to candidates wishing to work in any of our three locations. However, our current Property team is situated in the Toowoomba office.

The areas we practice in are Property + Business Transactions, Litigation + Dispute Resolution, Workplace, Wills, Estates, Planning + Structuring, Business + Corporate Advisory, Intellectual Property + Technology and Construction. These core practice areas represent those areas where we know we can provide Exceptional Legal Service. Every Client. Every Time.

Both Amanda and Carly are highly respected amongst professional advisors and their clients and they have built their reputation on quality, attention to detail, and personable service, which ensures repeat work. About you

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience up to 8 years post-admission experience. While the diverse nature of our firm means you will likely be exposed to other areas of law, we are particularly looking for candidates who know their future lies in property team.

Professional integrity and legal skills are of course expected, but we are also looking for someone who has a can-do attitude focussed on keeping clients happy and meeting tight deadlines.

We won't expect you to win work on the first day, but we are looking for someone with an interest in building their personal network and contributing to our marketing efforts, which may include writing legal alerts, attending events, networking and presenting seminars. Individuals with an established client base are encouraged to apply.
