Property Lawyer

About the role:

  • Advise on property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
  • Work on rural property transactions and agribusiness matters.
  • Assist with renewable energy projects, including wind and solar farms.
  • Handle property development projects, such as residential subdivisions and infrastructure.
  • Negotiate and draft property-related contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients across diverse sectors, including agriculture, energy, and real estate.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 2-4 years' post-admission experience.
  • Experience in rural property transactions or the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong interest in real estate and agribusiness.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
