Description:
What is the role?
We're looking for a
Marketing Coordinator
to join our passionate Marketing team on a
12-month fixed-term contract
.
This is a hands-on role where you'll bring our brand, product and promotional campaigns to life, support store launches and events, and play a vital part in creating an inspirational customer journey.
This is a 12 Month Fixed term parental leave contract ideally starting mid September 2025.
However this isn't just a fill-in role - it's a
chance to gain wide exposure across campaigns, digital, retail, events and PR
in a fast-paced, supportive team. You'll build strong experience, expand your network and play a key role in delivering work that impacts our customers every day. For the right candidate, it's a fantastic step in building your marketing career.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaigns: Support brand, product and promotional campaigns, manage POS and ticketing, coordinate with designers/printers, and deliver engaging store communications.
- EDMs: Assist in developing, testing and delivering eDMs with the Campaign and CRM teams, ensuring product selections match campaign goals.
- Local Store Marketing: Help deliver store launches, local events, and in-store activations, liaising with Centre Managers and coordinating logistics.
- Marketing Support: Track budgets, estimates and invoices, respond to store queries, and support PR and partnership activities.
- Values in Action: Be a product knowledge expert, be keen as beans to live our values in action, and keep our workplace safe, tidy and collaborative.

Experience
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects/tasks - Must be able to multi-task and manage deadlines and have a can-do attitude
- Experience in print/POS management would be preferred
- Experience in briefing creative assets, such as eDM would be desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including external suppliers
