**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate HR professional to join our team. The role would be suitable for someone looking to build their career in the HR space. You are a natural people person, great team player, and happy to tackle a broad range of responsibilities all while maintaining a sense of humour and fun.

Working as part of a people focused, results oriented P&C team, a typical day in the life of this role would look a little something like this:

- Using your creative flair to write fun, catchy job advertisments
- Phone screening & recruiting blue collar labouring roles
- Employee Contracts, letters and document admin
- Onboarding & New Starter Setup
- Inducting new employees
- Maintaining our People Inbox, Employee Files & HRIS
- HR Reporting & Various Administration

**About You**

You will slot seamlessly into our business and bring your own energy into our already fun team. You will possess strong administrative skills as well as a genuine interest in people and recruitment.

Your attitude will see you succeed in this role and you will have great scope to make this role your own. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role before where you were handling both recruitment and HR administration tasks.

Key skills & attributes we are looking for in the role are:

- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is advantageous
- Experience using ATS software
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
- Work well as part of a team and promote good team spirit
- Understand the need to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR desirable
