Parkglen Friendly Society in Keysborough is an established and successful provider of Retirement living and Home Care services and covers the Melbourne metro locations.

We are looking to provide a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Sales Coordinator.

The Sales Coordinator role is responsible for sourcing, administration, and marketing aspects of sales at Partkglen Retirement Village.

**Location**: Retirement village and part time on site. Small capacity to work from home for complete admin tasks.

**Sector**: Aged Care

**Hours**: Monday to Friday - 10am till 4pm.

**Education Required**
- Certificate in Aged Care an advantage.

**Experience Required**:

- Experience of 1 year plus in similar role.

**To be successful in the role, you will have the following**:

- Proven sales experience in community or retirement village environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to negotiate to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Solution-driven and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong understanding of retirement village regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy & excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement.
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Approachable and empathetic, with resident-first mindset.
- Collaborative and team orientation. Resilient and adaptable in managing change and challenges.

**Work Authorisation**:

- Australian work rights - Australian passport, citizenship or birth certificate. Visa documentation.
- Current Police Check
- Willing to obtain First Aid and CPR.
- Victorian Drivers License.
