About the Role

Are you a driven and aspiring Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Depending on your level of experience, as a Junior Property Manager, you will be entrusted with a small portfolio of residential properties under the mentorship of Senior Property Manager or working with them directly. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for growth, where your skills, knowledge and expertise is nurtured and developed. You will also have the support of an experienced leasing and inspections unit and administration team, as well as dedicated support through leave cover and an escalations unit to assist with any complex matters. We are structured so you can have the ability to focus on going above and beyond for your owners and tenants.

The role could be available at either our Newcastle West or East Maitland offices.

About You

Essential requirements of the role:

  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Previous experience in a Property Management Associate position (two years desirable).
