About the Role

This position within our Business Support Unit, is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and provides a stepping stone into building a career in Property Management. This role provides on-the-job learning and mentoring from industry professionals. This opportunity will set the right candidate up for a successful career in property management.

This position is a full-time office-based position at either our Newcastle West or Belmont office.

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Supporting our client experience with incoming calls
• Greeting our owners, tenants and trades who visit our office
• Providing support to Property Managers in a range of functions associated with leasing and property management; and
• An opportunity to develop your skills and build your career.

About You

You will bring to the position

• Demonstrated focus on customer service
• An understanding of the importance of giving our clients the best experience possible
• Ability to handle a busy switchboard while remaining focused and calm
• High attention to detail, maintained in a fast-paced environment
• Superior communication skills with a focus on accurate messaging
• Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• High regard for personal presentation
• A passion for starting a career in property management and the required studies
• A current driver's licence
• A Certificate of Registration and/or completion of Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred)
