Associate (2-4PQE) - Commercial Disputes

About the Role

At Clyde & Co, you'll find a diverse and challenging work environment where no two days are the same. If committed, you will be applying to join a team reporting to 2 partners. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases in different industry sectors such as Marine, Aviation, Energy and Natural Resources. The legal work varies from complex cross-border disputes, class actions to regulatory and advisory transactions. This exposure will provide you with a broad skill set and the experience needed to excel in your legal career.

About You

You are already established and at the 2-4PQE level and eager to contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team. You understand your role helping Graduates and more junior lawyers in the team whilst actively supporting senior colleagues. We're looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:

Key Skills and Criteria:

• Experience in Litigation: Prior experience working on litigation matters within disputes teams.
• E-Discovery: Familiarity across e-discovery and electronic data collection in complex litigation is beneficial.
