About you
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate,
- a minimum of 2+ years' PAE in commercial disputes or litigation.
- strong written and verbal communication skills, drafting and problem-solving skills
- experience to efficiently deliver practical and quality outcomes for all parties and demonstrate an aptitude of learning and flexibility in service delivery
- excellent interpersonal skills will assist you to quickly establish strong relationships with clients, colleagues and Firm stakeholders.
- a proactive attitude and desire to learn from experienced litigators

Your role
Our Firm delivers diverse Litigation services to a range of private and government clients, including leading financial institutions, state and federal government.
Depending on your skillset you will be aligned to teams within the practice group who deliver services across:
- banking & finance litigation
- general commercial litigation including class action
- insolvency advice and litigation.
The team delivers proven strategic and commercial outcomes to long standing and new clients through the application of comprehensive legal, forensic, investigative and evidentiary skills.
You will work closely with senior practitioners across a broad range of commercial and contractual disputes, gaining exposure to complex matters while managing your own smaller files. Your career development will be enhanced and supported by senior team members and paralegals you work alongside.
