About the Position:

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation to join our client's thriving disputes practice. This role will see you working directly with a Partner renowned for both litigation and tax expertise, offering the opportunity to lead on headline matters and complex commercial disputes.

The scope of work is diverse and intellectually stimulating—spanning shareholder actions, contract disputes, regulatory investigations, intellectual property issues, and commercial fraud. The successful candidate will take a central role in the litigation function, including mentoring junior lawyers, managing client relationships, and shaping the strategic direction of files.

With a defined leadership pathway on offer, this position is ideal for a commercially minded litigator looking to build their future with a firm that values autonomy, performance, and growth.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–10 years PAE in commercial litigation (private practice preferred)
  • Proven experience with complex litigation matters and managing files independently
  • High-level drafting and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Desire to take on leadership responsibilities and develop junior staff
  • Confidence in client management and business development
  • Commitment to collaboration and high professional standards
