About us: 2Tools Pty Ltd was established in 2020 and is Australian owned and operated. We are a wholesale supplier of GET wear products for the earthmoving industry.
About the Role:
As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating the internal sales and administration of the business. You will manage internal sales, handle correspondence, orders and contribute to a safe and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls professionally
- Manage internal sales and office administration, including order management
- Assist with purchase orders, procurement, accounts tasks, and data entry
- Coordinate meetings between 2Tools Office and the main business
- Contribute to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Safeguard confidential documents and company information
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast paced administrative or office-based role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility, adaptability and versatility to handle changing work requirements.
- Acute listening, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
About You:
You will have strong administration sales background with the ability to achieve and to deliver KPI results.
- Strong administration sales experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude, possessing a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
- ERP Systems and Microsoft Proficient
- Flexibility, adaptability and versatility to handle changing work requirements.
- Acute listening, time management and problem-solving skills
What we Offer:
- A competitive salary plus superannuation. $75-$85k
- Full Time Hours 8.30am-4.36pm Monday-Friday.
