As the Senior Receptionist, you'll be the first impression for clients and visitors, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. With your bright and bubbly personality, attention to detail, and eagerness to help, you'll play an important role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and the team feels supported.

What you'll do:

  • Be the welcoming face of the business, greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage a busy reception desk, calls, and enquiries
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, office events, and facilities
  • Provide hands-on support to the wider team with administration and ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure the office environment reflects the high standards of the business
