We're a fast-growing chain of boutique personal training studios, on a mission to radically disrupt the fitness industry. We're looking for a Studio Manager who's more than just a fitness fanatic – someone who's a natural leader, a driven salesperson, and a future business owner.

What You'll Be Driving:
  • Sales & Growth: Crush monthly targets by converting leads, building partnerships, and upselling clients into results-driven programs.
  • Training & Coaching: Deliver cutting-edge personal training sessions in a high-tech, low-impact environment (no classes, no crowds – just results).
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Own local studio marketing, content creation, and drive community awareness through events and partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire your team to deliver world-class client experiences – and performance that scales.
  • Business & Operations: Own studio performance, P&L, rostering, reporting, and compliance. You'll run the studio like it's yours – because one day, it could be.
Who You Are:
  • You're a natural closer with strong sales skills and love the thrill of hitting targets.
  • You've got fitness industry experience, ideally in a management, PT, or membership sales role.
  • You're obsessed with results – both for your clients and your business.
  • You lead from the front and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • You want to grow fast, earn big, and eventually own or run multiple studios.
