The Role: A Day in Your Shoes

As the primary face of our studio, you'll create standout experiences while actively contributing to operations and business growth:

  • First point of contact: manage walk-ins, calls, emails
  • Educate on modalities and benefits
  • Drive sales - convert trial users into memberships or session packs
  • Cross sell products, retail and services
  • Liaise with sports teams and businesses for group bookings
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic environment (wet area mop, sanitise surfaces)
  • Create engaging social media content (Instagram/Facebook)
  • Support local marketing and activation events
  • Accurately document member inquiries and maintain data integrity
  • Current shifts Wednesday 3.30PM - 8.00pm, Friday 12pm - 6pm plus adhoc shifts

Who You Are
  • A customer centric sales gun - energetic, proactive, and easily connects with diverse clients (No sales experience needed, just a great attitude)
  • Deep interest in wellness and recovery (or eagerness to fully dive into it)
  • Experienced in fast paced customer service and strong sales delivery
  • Skilled communicator with excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Confident working autonomously while maintaining team synergy
  • High level of social media acumen

Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-volume customer service
  • Background in the fitness or wellness industry (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
