**The Role**

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.15pm.

You must be aligned with the Zest Photography's ethos, vision and values. You are curious, energetic, excited and invigorated by people and are a continuous, autonomous learner who makes visible their own learning. You will possess a positive outlook, exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships and an ability to close sales.

**The Role will include**:

- Running day-to-day studio operations.
- Managing and leading team success.
- Creating an uplifting and empowering experience for Zest customers.
- Building relationships, asking deep and meaningful questions, and learning about your customers to understand why they would benefit from a Zest Photography Experience.
- Ongoing telephone calls to maintain relationships and book customers for a portrait session.
- Conducting customer design sale consultations.
- Using management software.
- Helping our customers see themselves differently.
- Achieving daily and weekly sales KPI targets.

**The successful applicant must**:

- Have a minimum 2 years' experience in Sales and Leadership roles
- Experience running a small business (preferred)
- To be a confident individual who is a great listener that can understand and meet other people's needs
- Enthusiasm and high energy to consistently be self-motivated
- To work well under pressure
- A drive to achieve sales KPI targets and contribute to the overall team success
- An appreciation and value for portrait photography
- Driven by personal growth and achieving results.
