Premier Studio is one of Perth's most established family portrait studios, proudly **family-owned for over 45 years**. We create timeless portraits in a unique way—our clients don't just step into a studio, they explore a **5-acre outdoor portrait property** with custom-built sets, from a rustic farm truck and golden bushland to Egyptian doors and even a private beach jetty.

We're passionate about helping families capture their legacy in a meaningful, memorable, and uplifting photography experience.

**The Role**

This is an **outbound phone-based sales role** (part-time or full-time) focused on converting warm leads into portrait bookings. You'll be speaking with parents and grandparents who are interested in a Premier Studio experience—asking questions, uncovering their story, building excitement, and helping them secure their session.

It's a role for someone who's driven, confident, and thrives on creating genuine connections while meeting (and exceeding) sales targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and inspire families to book their Premier Studio session.
- Build authentic connections and uncover each family's "why."
- Guide clients through conversations that overcome objections and highlight the value of the experience.
- Record bookings and track conversations in our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly sales KPI targets.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need:

- Minimum **1 year phone-based sales or appointment setting experience**.
- A proven ability to build rapport and close sales with care.
- Confidence in handling objections while keeping conversations warm and engaging.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a drive to exceed targets.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
