Camden Valley Inn is a much-loved destination offering high quality, country-style accommodation, dining and event spaces in the beautiful surrounds of Camden.

With a strong reputation for warm hospitality and excellent guest service, we're looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and reservations
  • Answer phone calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Work closely with our housekeeping and functions team to keep everything running smoothly
  • Provide genuine, helpful service that makes every guest feel at home
  • We are looking to fill 2 shifts per week plus be our back up super star when needed to cover leave, peak periods, etc.
  • Shift hours are scheduled between the hours of 7am and 8pm Monday - Saturday and 7am - 7pm Sunday (a shift is usually 6-7 hours long during this time frame)

  • Can keep calm and organised in a busy environment
  • Are reliable, well-presented and have a positive attitude
  • Are available to work a mix of weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • Have full Australian working rights
