About the role

We are seeking an Medical Receptionist to join our team at Forbes Medical Centre. We will consider full time, part time or casual for the right applicant. This role will play a vital part in providing high-quality customer service to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including handling cancellations and rescheduling
  3. Ensuring all patient records and information are accurately maintained
  4. Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services
  5. Assisting with the daily operations of the medical practice
  6. Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
