Key responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile transactions in Xero
- Process receipt photos and data entry in Xero and ServiceM8
- Assist with payroll and superannuation administration
- Prepare draft quotes for approval
- Coordinate appointment bookings
- Chase outstanding invoices
- Allocate and manage emails across the business
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in an administrative support role (essential)
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software (preferred)
- Familiarity with ServiceM8 is highly valued
- Experience working in a tradie or trade services environment is a strong advantage
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
