An exciting opportunity to join our team

The award-winning Peninsula Hotel is currently seeking Casual Floor Staff & Bartenders for both our Bar and Bottle Shop. You will have a passion for people, whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and hospitality at our busy hotel.

This hands-on role will include, but not be limited to, the following duties:

  • Floor shifts and all aspects of service including bar, food and barista work
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Assist with the coordination of promotions, functions, hallmark days and special events

We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in F&B is essential
  • Current RSA qualifications
  • Energetic, motivated and passionate about food and customer service
  • Effective communication skills, a "can-do" attitude
  • 20+ hours per week on offer
  • Must be available over a 7 Day Roster
