We're seeking an experienced Service Delivery Engineer – MSP Specialist with proven expertise in the Kaseya IT Suite (including Autotask PSA, Datto RMM, IT Glue, and more). In this role, you'll take ownership of, optimise, and continuously enhance our MSP toolset while ensuring the seamless onboarding of our products and services for new customers.

This role is critical in ensuring every customer is deployed using MSP best-practice policies, automations, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the Kaseya IT Suite for internal MSP operations and client environments.
  • Lead technical onboarding and deployment of Managed IT, Networking, and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Create and maintain MSP best-practice policies, automation scripts, monitoring profiles, and templates.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth handover from deal close to delivery.
  • Configure, test, and integrate solutions to meet client specifications.
  • Provide technical support during onboarding to ensure systems are fully operational.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues efficiently.
  • Deliver training to clients on deployed systems when required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven MSP experience in service delivery, implementation, or systems engineering.
  • Proven expertise with the Kaseya IT Suite, including Autotask, Datto RMM, IT Glue, and related tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge in networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience designing and implementing MSP best-practice policies and automation workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Relevant IT certifications (Kaseya, Microsoft, CompTIA) are an advantage.
