We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at The Glasshouse in Caulfield East. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

Centrally located in Caulfield East right next to the train station and on the edge of Melbourne's spectacular Caulfield Racecourse, home of the Melbourne Racing Club. The Caulfield Glasshouse is one of the best original pubs in Melbourne. With all day dining and plenty of entertainment available it is the perfect location for a day out with friends, to celebrate a special event, or a casual dinner.

The Glasshouse has been awarded Best Sports Bar - Metropolitan at the 2025 AHA Awards. The AHA (VIC) State Awards for Excellence is the most prestigious event on Victoria's hospitality calendar, celebrating the finest in the industry.

What will my duties include?

  • Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.

What we are looking for:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
