The Role:

As Bar & Gaming Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of our bar and gaming areas, ensuring high-quality service, compliance with all gaming regulations, and a positive, professional environment for both staff and guests. You will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring performance, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead bar and gaming staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Monitor daily operations, including cash handling, stock management, and venue presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with venue management on events, promotions, and operational improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bar and gaming management, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of gaming compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
