Customer Service Officer

Avia Homes is a young dynamic team who is seeking a Customer Service Officer, who has a positive can-do attitude, on a full-time ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Nurturing the client experience for the duration of the construction of the home through to handover.

  • Provide regular communication with customers via phone and email, building strong rapport and delivering a supportive & informative experience throughout their construction journey.

  • Ensure customers are kept well-informed at every stage, sending timely written updates and required documentation.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet KPI's and provide timely updates.

  • Coordination of low level ad hoc onsite variations.

  • Ensure all jobs are up to date in the system and that all communications are logged.

  • Use of project management system Buildertrend, , Microsoft Programs.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Proven experience working directly for a home builder in a customer service / construction admin role (pre-site or on-site)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a customer first mindset.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • A passion for working in customer service & the building industry
