Implementation Specialist

This role involves providing consulting and implementation services to clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes. The successful candidate will support the Implementation Manager in achieving all departmental KPIs.

• Define Client Requirements: Understand client needs, provide gap analysis, document, build, and configure solutions to meet these requirements.
• Develop Project Plans: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create executable plans that account for functional and technical work streams of the project.
• Provide Best Practice Solutions: Deliver solutions based on customer-defined business needs and rules.
• Implement Products: Successfully implement products and associated services within required timeframes.
• Communicate Effectively: Communicate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle using various communication channels.
• Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, and analyze risks, problems, and opportunities; establish priorities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Project Methodology: Apply project methodology including planning, follow-up, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Progress Review: Review and measure progress against specified criteria and deliverables, developing corrective action as required.
• Clients Communication: Communicate effectively at all levels of seniority in all mediums, displaying personal integrity and professionalism in dealings with colleagues and clients.
• Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert by staying updated with technology and legislative developments relevant to the product.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate a high level of customer service across all internal and external stakeholders, working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain good working relationships with other associates in accordance with ADP values.
• Knowledge Sharing: Ensure cooperation and sharing of skills and expertise.
• Issue Management: Ensure all relevant issues and activities are entered into management systems.
• KPI Achievement: Achieve team and individual KPIs.
• Personal Development: Responsible for driving own personal development plan.
• Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews, share learnings, and ensure continuous improvement requirements.

• Strong Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in stakeholder management and customer service/client-facing consulting within an implementation/service delivery environment.
• Implementation Experience: Demonstrated experience within an implementation environment, with a strong understanding of payroll, payroll applications, including Time & Attendance and processing.
• Project Management Methodology: Experience with project management methodology, with demonstrated success in previous roles.
• ADP Management Systems: Demonstrated understanding of ADP management systems or corporate enterprise reporting systems, e.g., CRM.
• Product Configuration: Experienced in the 'build and configuration' of products/systems.
• Risk Identification: Strong ability to identify client risks and provide options for resolution.
• Data Mapping: Proven experience in data mapping, data conversion, and data integrity.
• Interface Technologies: Advance understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between payroll and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.).
• Microsoft Applications: Experience in Microsoft applications such as MS Project, Word, and Excel.
• Matrix Organisation: Experience working within a matrix organisation for a US-owned organisation preferred.
• Multi-tasking: Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work, in accordance with tight deadlines and pressure.
