Join our dynamic team at DHL Global Forwarding We are seeking a Customer Implementation Manager within our Customer Implementation Department. This role is preferably based at our Melbourne Head Office but applications from other Australian offices are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, direct, and oversee the customer implementation process, including projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, sourcing internal specialists as needed.
  3. Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
  4. Monitor team performance against KPIs and metrics, implementing initiatives for continuous improvement.
  5. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on progress and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with processes and standards.
  6. Manage the implementation of complex customer projects, including stakeholders outside the country, ensuring successful onboarding.
  7. Lead and develop the implementation team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources for successful customer onboarding.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
  2. Avoid customer service failures during implementation.
  3. Ensure team members are well-trained and understand customer requirements and expectations.
  4. Meet or exceed all customer implementation KPIs and milestones.
  5. Contribute to customer retention efforts.
