Zupps Mt. Gravatt have an opportunity for a Sales Receptionist to join our well-established team. This is not your everyday Receptionist role, this important role is focused on ensuring our valued customers are receiving great, prompt communication over the phone & in person in order to maintain and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience alongside your team, with our unified goal of "One Team, One Vision".

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Receptionist who is ready to go above and beyond for our valued customers. This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

About this role:

  • Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
  • Use your owner's mindset to manage your time, priorities the important tasks and ensure that you meet deadlines
  • Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
  • Make Appointments via phone and email
  • Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
  • Other administrative duties as required by the Manager to support the Sales team

Must haves:

  • A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • A confident phone manner and developed communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Time management skills in order to juggle a busy department
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of excel and ability to learn new programs is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic administration skills
  • Quick thinking & problem-solving skills
