Mount Gravatt, Australia Strive Practice Management Full time

A very busy medical centre in Mt Gravatt is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. Experience is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided.

**Key requirements**:

- Work effectively within a team and also able to work independently
- Possess a strong work ethic with a friendly demeanor
- Display a professional manner via phone and with patients in the clinic
- Able to multitask and display fantastic organisational skills
- Be a fast learner with confident computer knowledge

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Reconciling end-of-day banking and Medicare claims
- Organising incoming correspondence and directing to the appropriate health professional
- Liaising with patients and their families
- Assisting our GP's and allied health providers with required administration tasks
- Opening and/or closing the clinic

You will need to be available for various shifts on weekdays between the clinic hours of 8.30am - 7pm, and occasional Saturday morning coverage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Mount Gravatt East, QLD 4122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
