About the role:

We are now commencing recruitment for a Marketing Co-Ordinator with the primary responsibility to coordinate and support the delivery of marketing activities for all Timberlink brands including solid timber, wood plastic composite products and engineered wood products.

With a broad range of tasks including development of product promotional support, coordination of collateral, distribution of product samples and displays, signage, packaging, industry trade shows, social media, content creation, training material, supporting company videos and customer events, this is a crucial support role to the ongoing success of the marketing function.

This permanent, full time position reports directly to the Group Marketing Manager and is based at our head office in Scoresby.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creation of engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia, for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Working closely with Digital & Communications specialist to plan, seek approval and schedule a variety of content across chosen social media channels in alignment with other communications activity.
• Ensure content aligns with external communications policy, business brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Work closely with external graphic designer to brief new design work and coordinate edit rounds
• Support Group Marketing Manager with the coordination of participation at various industry events
• Assist Digital & Communications Specialist in maintaining all digital assets in digital asset library
• Assist in maintaining Sales & Marketing site on Timberlink's Intranet, The Frame
• Assist Digital & Communications Specialist in maintaining company websites and coordinating ad-hoc content updates
• Maintain marketing storage room stock and housekeeping

Required experience:

• 2 years' experience within a marketing co-ordinator or similar role
• Ability to meet and maintain strict deadlines along with superior problem-solving skills
• Well accomplished written and verbal communication skills
