**Job Purpose**:
Provide high level administrative and office related support to the CEO. Be a resource across the senior Executive team, and in particular to the Marketing Manager to aid the business achieve its goals.
**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:
**Duties & tasks include**:
- Performing administrative tasks relating to the office of the CEO.
- Co-ordinating the diary, schedules & appointments for the CEO as required.
- Co-ordinating all travel for the business, domestic and international, including flights, accommodation and changes to travel arrangements as they occur.
- Assisting in the financial co-ordination of the CEO’s office expenses, including reconciliation of CEO expenditure for reimbursement / payment as appropriate.
- Being the main point of contact for all enquiries/requests to the CEO’s Office and liaise with Applied EV employees on behalf of the CEO as required.
- Planning internal conferences, events, calls and meetings, including the logístical arrangements for multiple domestic and international requirements.
- Providing hands on assistance to the Marketing Manager including, but not limited to assisting and participating in:
- preparation of marketing materials (digital, design, copy).
- event (internal and external) preparation.
- Applied EV social media activities.
- Applied EV website collateral (images, presentation & content).
- Industry event nights (universities, partners, corporate events)
- Internal Applied EV communications and
- Assisting the CEO and senior stakeholders with administrative support and support as required with allocated business projects.
**Requirements**:
**Key Competencies and Skills**
- Is very organised and displays high degrees of energy and enthusiasm.
- Has a can-do approach and is comfortable in a highly dynamic and flexible environment.
- Understands the complexities and nuances of corporate environments and working with senior stakeholders.
- Possess a high degree of situational awareness and ability to work with competing priorities.
- Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail.
- Has experience in, exposure to, or a flare for marketing (copy, design, presentations, event co-ordination)
- Presents with the maturity and confidence to manage highly sensitive material and play a key role within a tight-knit professional team.
- Is adaptable, flexible and is able, on occasion, to work outside of normal business hours.
**Experience & Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Administration, Marketing or similar, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective stakeholder engagement & ability to effectively interact with senior executive team.
- High level time management & organisational skills to manage shifting priorities.
- Proven experience managing competing priorities and providing consistently high levels of support within short deadlines, and high work volume.
