Established / fast growing / family owned wholesale distributor of automotive specialty / diagnostic tools. Based in Scoresby, we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our sales team.

**About the role**

You are our customer’s first point of contact; assisting with general / technical queries. Triage support requests through to other sales / technical staff.

Plus we are looking for you to co-ordinate all aspects of our scan tool program, from arranging demos, post sales training, and any warranty issues.
- Coordinate scan tool demonstrations, subscription updates, and triaging technical support enquiries
- Managing our Trello / CRM systems.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with our growing online presence. **This provides an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door to expand your career into online / marketing**.

This is not a selling / cold calling role

**About You**

You will enjoy interacting with customers. You must be computer literate (ie Microsoft Office, internet use) - **this is essential**. You must have a **good attitude,** and an **enquiring mind**. Fluent English is also essential.

But ultimately, having the right values, and a desire to learn new skills (rather than experience) is of the most importance to us

This is a full time position, but we are flexible to consider reduced work hours to accommodate people looking after children etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 37 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SCORESBY, VIC 3179: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
