We're looking for a capable Administration Manager to lead our admin operations and support our growing team.

This is a pivotal role that works closely with the Directors and broader team to ensure our systems, people, and processes are running efficiently and effectively.

·       Lead and mentor the administration team to keep admin operations moving and organised

·       Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including finance, payroll support and internal communications

·       Drive the month-end process to ensure accurate and timely reporting

·       Maintain and manage the business's fixed asset register

·       Coordinate team meetings, internal events, performance reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and training

·       Support Directors with reporting, budgeting processes, and governance requirements

·       Oversee ISO accreditation requirements and maintain business compliance systems

·       Identify and implement improvements to drive operational efficiency

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

·       Proven experience in a similar leadership or business operations role

·       Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

·       Confident working across finance systems and Microsoft Office Suite

·       Demonstrated understanding of HR processes, performance management, and compliance

·       Industrial relations knowledge is highly desirable

·       A proactive, professional approach with the ability to lead by example
