
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrative coordinator to join our team. As an administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support across various departments, managing internal communications, and contributing to our marketing efforts.
The role involves coordinating events, preparing communications, and managing external displays. You will also be responsible for assisting with the organisation and execution of internal and external events, ensuring smooth setup and operation.
You will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to manage internal news updates, compile content for newsletters, and handle sponsor coordination. Additionally, you will provide general office duties such as meeting room setup, catering, and office supplies.
Requirements:- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with exposure to marketing or event coordination
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- A proactive, flexible attitude with a passion for both customer service and creative tasks
- A certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar is advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
