The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to support our team. This role is integral to the success of our property sales campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and consultants.

As a Sales Administrator you will:

  • Assist Property Consultants with property marketing, sales administration, and prospecting activities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of sales campaigns, from listing through to settlement
  • Support database management and client communications
  • Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, and service providers to ensure smooth transactions
  • Provide trusted support to the team, contributing to our culture of excellence
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales support, or administration (preferred but not essential)
