Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

Join a well-established South Australian contractor with a proven track record delivering quality projects across civil infrastructure. With strong growth in the pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to take ownership of projects valued between $500k–$10m.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning, programming, and contracts, through to delivery and handover. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and work closely with senior management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management/Building
  • 10+ years' experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in project management
  • Strong background across earthworks, pavements, streetscapes, pipework, and structural concrete.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project management software (Procore or similar desirable)
  • High-level programming, reporting, and contractual administration capability

Responsibilities

  • Lead civil projects valued $500k–$10m
  • Manage contracts, programming, claims, EOTs, RFIs, and subcontractor performance
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental systems
  • Provide clear reporting to senior management
  • Support and mentor the wider project team
