YOUR ROLE (Depending on Experience):

  • Deliver projects from inception to completion.
  • Mentor and support junior staff while growing your leadership profile.
  • Drive compliance, safety, and quality across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage budgets, programs, and scope – ensuring outcomes are delivered.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and represent the builder professionally.
  • Report on progress, lead meetings, and keep the project on track.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You've worked in commercial construction for a commercial builder within Australia.
  • You're driven, organised, and confident managing projects and people.
  • You can work across project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Experience in high-rise, defence, or industrial projects is highly regarded – but not essential.

Whether you're early in your career and ready to step into your first PM role, or already running multi-million-dollar projects, there's an opportunity waiting for you.
