In this role, we are looking for an experienced Computer Network and Systems Engineer who wants to contribute to the broader team and business.

The key responsibilities for the Computer Network and Systems Engineer include but are not limited to:

  • Plan, design, and implement computer networks, systems, and infrastructure in alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Install, configure, and maintain a variety of network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers to ensure optimal functionality and adherence to performance benchmarks.
  • Establish and enforce network security policies, configure firewalls, deploy intrusion detection (IDS) and prevention systems (IPS), and perform routine security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Promptly identify and resolve network issues to maintain stability and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor network performance, analyze data traffic patterns, and optimize network architecture to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, operation manuals, and project reports that detail system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, significant technical decisions, and implementation specifics.

To be competent in this role, you must have:

  • Diploma's qualification or above in a related major
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • A wealth of professional knowledge in IT field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
