About The Roles
We are seeking
two motivated IT professionals
to join our growing Support Office team.

The Opportunities

• IT Support Officer (Level 2) Ideal for someone with at least 1 year of IT experience who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

In This Hands-on Role, You Will

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users across the organisation
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist in system administration tasks under guidance from senior IT staff
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of IT processes and user experience
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Position expectations: 3 days a week from our office (Sydney CBD), & 2 days in clinics

• IT Systems Support (Microsoft Focus) For experienced candidates (2-3+ years) with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration skills, and the ability to support and deliver IT projects.

In This More Advanced Position, You Will

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments
• Support, deliver, and drive IT infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement technical solutions
• Build strong relationships with IT personnel and business users
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to the broader IT team

Position expectations:
3 days a week from our office (Sydney CBD), & 2 days WFH

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an IT support or systems role (minimum 1 year)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn
• Experience with Microsoft systems and cloud environments (essential for the senior role)
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
