The Role

As a Client Support Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them by phone, email, and chat. You'll listen carefully, interpret their needs, and provide clear, kind, and effective responses. You'll guide clients in using our software, resolve issues where you can, and escalate when needed. You'll also play a key role in onboarding new clients and making sure their first experience with us is smooth and positive.

This is a role where you'll be trusted to manage your time, prioritise your work, and deliver with confidence.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both empathy and clarity to every interaction. You'll be the kind of person who enjoys making clients feel supported, stays calm under pressure, and communicates with warmth and professionalism.

You will:

  • Have excellent written and spoken English—with the ability to listen, understand, and respond clearly and confidently.
  • Bring a professional, approachable phone manner that makes clients feel heard and supported.
  • Show patience and resilience, handling queries thoughtfully and keeping solutions-focused.
  • Be naturally curious and tech-confident, eager to learn new systems and share your knowledge.
  • Be organised and dependable, able to manage your workload while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Have a genuine desire to help people and improve their experience.
  • deally bring 2+ years of client support or a similar experience, preferably in SaaS, software, or a related industry.

Location & Hours

  • Sydney - candidates must be available to work at our Sydney office on a hybrid working model.
  • Full- Time
