Mortgage Broker (Internally Titled 'Finance Strategist') – Infinity Group Australia

Location: Norwest, Sydney NSW (Interested in a move? We also have offices and are hiring in Melbourne, Wollongong and Gold Coast)

Type: Full-time, on-site (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

Flexibility: Occasional weekend availability; WFH 1 day/week post-probation

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + incentives (exceptional earning potential)

The Role

As a Finance Strategist, you'll play a key role in transforming lives through financial education and empowerment. You'll work exclusively with pre-vetted, ready-to-act clients – no cold calling or door-knocking – conducting deep financial assessments and crafting tailored strategies to help them smash debt and build wealth.

This isn't your average broker role. You'll be supported by a dedicated Broker Support team and benefit from a consistent stream of quality leads, allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client financials, goals, and constraints

• Develop and present tailored financial strategies aligned with long-term objectives

• Manage the client journey from initial consultation through to settlement

• Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth processing and compliance

• Stay up-to-date with lending products, policies, and market trends

• Attend Infinity events and contribute to strategic initiatives

• Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, and other third-party professionals

• Represent Infinity's brand and values in every client interaction

About You

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (mandatory)

• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential)

• Accredited member of FBAA or MFAA (mandatory)

• AMLA compliance certificate and ASIC representative number

• Clear police and credit report (mandatory)

• 2–3 years of industry experience (preferred but not essential)

• Accreditations with lenders as required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail and a strong service ethic

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and lending/product software

• Willingness to work occasional weekends
