About You:


• Hold a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management;


• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker;


• Accredited with AFG preferred but not essential;


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;


• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting client relationships;


• Exposure to Construction Loans and house and land packages would be beneficial but not essential;


• Good understanding of Equity Release and complex loan structuring; and


• Drive and ambition. You will need to shift gears into Overdrive.

Your Responsibilities:


• Assist clients with a wide range of lending needs, including residential owner occupied and investment loans;


• Provide detailed analysis of clients Borrowing Power formatted according to the requirements of the referrer;


• Hold client interviews, either face to face or via video conferencing for potential and existing clients.


• Provide tailored financial solutions to suit individual client circumstances;


• Work with lenders to submit quality finance applications to secure the best possible outcomes for clients;


• Liaise with Client and all third parties as required to get finance applications approved and settled in a timely manner;


• Maintaining and servicing the trail book; and


• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
