Oneten Finance is an experienced and newly established boutique finance firm located in Norwest and currently looking for a mortgage broker due to the growing needs of the firm.

Job Description

· Our brokers are connected to over 60 lenders and hundreds of loan products to ensure our customers access the right fit to suit their circumstances.

· Our specialties in the financial space include home loans, investment loans, refinancing, commercial loans, first home buyers and asset finance.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

· Conducting client loan interviews and setting credit strategies for both commercial and residential products.

· End-to-end loan application processing from getting the loan ready for submission right through to settlement.

· Post-settlement activity management.

· Client Expectation Management.

· Liaising with Clients and Lenders to ensure that loans are Approved as efficiently as possible.

· Loan approval coordination with Clients, Brokers, Lenders, and Solicitors to ensure deadlines are met.

· Work with loan processor to exceed client outcomes.

Qualifications

· Extensive lending/broker/finance support experience, preferably from credit assessment, including exposure to finance applications, submissions, and settlements.

· Proven experience in commercial and residential finance support or in a similar role within the financial services industry.

· Strong understanding of commercial and residential lending products and lending processes.

· Ability to analyse financial data and assess creditworthiness.

· Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, delegate, and prioritize as appropriate, based on the situation.

· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the lending industry.

· Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

· Very strong attention to detail.

· Business/Commerce/Finance degree or diploma will be highly regarded.

· Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and lenders.

· Australian permanent residency is required for this position.

· Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking must be held before commencing employment.

2-3 years prior broking experience is essential.
