Mortgage Broker - Join an Established, Client-Focused Team

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Mortgage Broker to join our client's growing team.

Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary accounting firm based in South Yarra, renowned for delivering exceptional client service and expert lending advice. The firm fosters a collaborative, supportive culture with a strong focus on growth-for both the business and its people.

The Role

As a Mortgage Broker, you will:

  • Partner with clients (both existing and new) to understand their needs and provide tailored, end-to-end lending solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships, with an emphasis on long-term trust and service.
  • Manage the full loan process, from application through to settlement.
  • Keep up to date with lending products, policies, and market trends.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An accredited Mortgage Broker with 1-2 years' experience (MFAA or FBAA membership and lender accreditations required).
  • Client-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Experienced in residential lending (exposure to commercial lending will be highly regarded).
  • Familiar with tools such as ApplyOnline, Broker CRM systems, and bank platforms (preferred).
