About the role

DQ Electrical Pty Ltd, a leading provider of solar and electrical services, is seeking a highly motivated Operations Support professional to join their team in Salisbury Plain, SA. This full-time role will see you providing critical administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation's day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Operations Manager and wider team
  2. Maintaining detailed records and documentation, including order processing, invoicing and reporting
  3. Coordinating schedules, meetings and travel arrangements for key personnel
  4. Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
  5. Assisting with the implementation of operational processes and procedures
  6. Providing a high level of customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Demonstrated experience in an administrative or operations support role, ideally within the trades or construction industry
  2. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
  5. A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  6. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
