Warehouse Store Person

Equipment includes mobility scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, bathroom aids and much more. Our fast-growing operations allow us to service thousands of customers through both our online store and in person at our new showroom located in Salisbury Plain. You will be apart of a driven and highly motivated team that offer a fun and exciting environment, while still providing market leading customer service and satisfaction.

Our head office, warehouse and showroom is based at Salisbury Plain, SA.

**The Main Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped with efficiency and accuracy daily
- Manage the processing, stocktake and storage of all incoming stock
- Arrange carrier bookings for consignment pickups as well as ensuring accurate tracking of orders to the end consumer
- Assembling of products and equipment (training provided)
- Help implement new and innovating systems and processes to aid in the growth of the company
- Assist the customer service team with product/stock enquiries where necessary
- Help unload containers and delivery vehicles as required
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area, ensuring warehouse is neat, clean and in a ready to pick state at all times
- Maintain security and integrity of the warehouse and all inventory
- Maintain safe working environments, by adopting safe work practices, procedures, and behaviours
- Other work as directed from other team members

**Qualifications, Skills And Experience**
- Picking and Packing experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills, with ability to work at speed
- Demonstrated ability in working within a team, supporting team, and working in solo unsupervised environments
- Must have high competency using computers. Applicants will be favourable with experience using inventory management and carrier management systems or can show strong will to learn.
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Demonstrate safety focus and knowledge

- The applicant must be able to meet all requirements as per the listed roles and responsibilities
- The applicant must be able to lift and move boxes in a warehouse environment
- It is a requirement that the applicant has outstanding customer service skills
- It is a requirement that the applicant has proficient organisational skills and time management skills.

The successful applicants will be called by phone and required to do an in-person interview at our Salisbury Plain location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salisbury Plain, SA 5109: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
