Senior iOS Developer – Production Support
Detailed Job Description
We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to provide production support and enhancements for custom-built mobile applications developed in iOS Swift. The role involves ensuring application stability, resolving incidents, implementing enhancements, and supporting deployments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive in solving technical issues, and experienced in mobile app development within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle L2/L3 support activities for mobile applications, including:
- Incident management
- Request fulfillment
- Change management
- Problem management
- Develop and implement enhancements and bug fixes for iOS mobile applications
- Support application and service deployments in production and non-production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high availability of mobile applications
- Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and CI/CD
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge base updates
Must Have Skills
- Strong hands-on development experience in iOS Swift
- Proven experience working with mobile applications
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience with version control tools like Git
