About the Role

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you'll be responsible for leading project teams and delivering high-quality design outcomes across multiple stages and scales. You'll manage projects, mentor junior staff, and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful design and delivery. This role is suited to someone with strong creative thinking, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design and delivery of multiple projects from concept through to construction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborators, and stakeholders

  • Contribute to the creative direction of projects and the studio more broadly

  • Oversee project programming, budgets and resourcing with support from Directors and Associates

  • Guide and mentor project teams, nurturing a culture of learning and excellence

  • Drive quality, consistency and innovation across all phases of project work

What We're Looking For

  • AILA Registered Landscape Architect (or eligible for registration)

  • 7+ years' professional experience in landscape architecture or a related field

  • Strong design leadership and project management skills

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate teams

  • Excellent communication, presentation and client engagement skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office; experience with SketchUp, Enscape and Lumion highly regarded

  • A current driver's license and full Australian working rights
