Founded in 1996 and located in WEST END, we are a seasoned Property Developer and Builder in Brisbane and Gold Coast, seeking an experienced and talented Architect to join our dynamic team. With 30 years in development and construction and with multiple projects on the go and sites ready to design, we have decided it is time to finally bring design in-house.

As our ONLY Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative, sustainable, and visually striking architectural projects that will shape the city skyline. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, where you can leverage your expertise to drive the company's growth and contribute to the transformation of the local landscape.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with the owner, project managers, and construction teams to conceptualise and design architectural plans that meet our requirements and adhere to industry standards and regulations
2. Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and project documentation to guide the construction process
3. Working autonomously on the design aspects, whilst becoming a contributing member of a dynamic team of good people who deliver
4. Using your creativity, skill and experience to design multi-story residential apartment buildings that align with our purpose 'to bring liveable properties to market for the community'.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Architecture and very experienced.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a practising Architect (senior level), preferably in high-rise or multi-residential developments and construction projects
3. Proven expertise in architectural design, project management, and construction knowledge
4. Strong technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D modelling, and project management tools
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other consultants, contractors, and team members
6. Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions
7. Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability best practices
8. A self motivated designer who can work autonomously, meet (and exceed) milestones and lead a team of consultants from DA through to DD and BA.
